Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the development team in implementing Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Utilize your 8+ years of total IT experience, with a focus on Salesforce development for at least 5 years, to drive the successful delivery of projects. - Demonstrate your leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Technical Lead or similar role. - Apply your hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products to create effective solutions. - Utilize your expertise in integration using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or equivalent tools to ensure seamless connectivity. - Leverage your Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, CTA, or others) to enhance your credibility in the role. Your qualifications should include: - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and scalable design. - Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce integration tools. - Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including CI/CD and version control. - Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, maintaining quality and consistency in project deliverables. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic work environment.
