As a Salesforce Developer at Salesforce Industries, your role is crucial in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems. Leveraging native Industry Cloud functionality, you will play a key part in quickly meeting customer requirements with minimal customization. Your primary responsibility will involve translating the program design created by our Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that aligns with the customers" needs. Working within Agile scrum teams, you will focus on developing intricate business processes using Industry Cloud technology and the platform's toolkit. Your involvement will span across all project phases - from low-level design and development to deployment and post-production support. You will develop in-depth product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications and play a role in mentoring customer and system integrator resources, facilitating knowledge transfer effectively. Moreover, you will serve as a champion within the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem, actively sharing best practices, lessons learned, and time-saving techniques to drive continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in deployment teams, preferably with Agile development techniques. - Demonstrated success in delivering customer projects, particularly enterprise CRM implementations. - Proficiency in constructing solutions within the financial services industry. - A self-motivated individual with a knack for acquiring new skills and technologies, and a willingness to explore innovative approaches. - Strong communication skills, capable of crafting emails, leading discussions, and delivering technical presentations. - Demonstrated vision to contribute to the advancement of our company. - A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, with evaluation based on core competencies for the role. Technical Requirements: - Proficiency in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning). - Experience with Java, SOAP APIs, REST (JSON, XML). - Knowledge of data modeling and process modeling tools and best practices. Preferred Requirements: - Familiarity with OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, Omniscripts). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,
