Assembling a team of Salesforce experts based in the NCR region who are open to working in a Hybrid environment. The ideal candidates should possess Salesforce Admin / PD1 certification along with any additional certifications. Experience in Senior Configuration / Admin, Debugging / Admin, Data Management / Admin, Pardot, and Senior tech / Dev domains is highly desired. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a large tech support team. Technical skills should encompass hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, user management, customization, and security settings. A strong track record in diagnosing and resolving Salesforce issues, managing support tickets, and troubleshooting system errors is essential. Proficiency in data import/export tools such as Data Loader, along with knowledge of data quality practices, is crucial. Candidates should also demonstrate expertise in creating and managing reports and dashboards to offer insights and support decision-making. Customer service experience is a key aspect of this role, involving providing technical support and training to end-users to enhance their Salesforce experience. The ability to develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials based on common issues and user needs is required. Analytical skills play a critical role in this position, requiring the capability to analyze support trends, identify recurring issues, and suggest solutions or enhancements for improvement.,
