Job Description

Job Title: Salesforce Support Analyst TPM

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support for TPM (Trade Promotion Management) processes within the Salesforce platform. The role involves troubleshooting, configuration, data integrity management, and incident resolution while working closely with the Salesforce Tech Ops Lead and cross-functional business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve TPM-related support tickets in Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Manage user administration: account creation, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and public groups.
  • Perform declarative configuration (fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows).
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and record types.
  • Assist with SOQL queries and troubleshooting via Workbench/Developer Console.
  • Support data imports/exports/updates using Data Loader or Workbench.
  • Validate and monitor integrations with ERP, Finance, and BI systems.
  • Participate in UAT cycles, regression testing, and deployment validations.
  • Document recurring issues, resolutions, and process updates.
  • Support compliance activities aligned with TPM and SOX standards.
  • Identify system inefficiencies and suggest improvements to the Tech Ops Lead.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Administration and configuration best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Familiarity with TPM processes (fund allocation, claims, reconciliation).
  • Ability to write/run SOQL queries; experience with Workbench & Data Loader.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model and basics of SSO.
  • Exposure to integration workflows and data synchronization.
  • Awareness of SOX/audit-driven operational processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM modules.
  • Prior experience in enterprise support or IT operations.
