JD : Salesforce Solution Architect

Current Location: Bangalore

Job Location: Bangalore

9+ years

Notice Period: 0-15 days and Immediate joiners only

  • Education: Master's degree in any stream of Engineering

  • Experience

    : Total 9+ years of experience. (Around 5 years of experience in Salesforce Solution Architecture) and (additional 3 to 4 years as Salesforce Admin or Developer) Excellent knowledge of architecture, design, data & integration needed.

Job Summary

  • Candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring that they are scalable, efficient, high-quality solutions while ensuring that technical best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end Salesforce solution, from requirement gathering to deployment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

  • Requirements Gathering

    : Analyze business requirements

  • Solution Design

    : Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and development teams for system improvements and integrations.

  • Show and Tell

    One must possess good presentation skills about Traceability Matrix from Requirements to Design to Functionality Implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce platforms (Sales/ Service/ Communities(mandatory) / B2BCommerce (preferred)/ Agentforce (optional)).
  • Salesforce Certifications: Business Analyst, Administrator, App Builder, Agentforce
