Salesforce Services Technical Analyst

As a Technical Analyst of Salesforce Services Solutions at Alstom, you play a crucial role in contributing to the design, development, and technical architecture of applications that support Services business activities. Your responsibilities include managing and implementing the technical design of Salesforce Service solutions in alignment with the business strategy, ensuring that the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model is well-documented and evolves consistently, presenting analysis and detailed solution documentation to technical and non-technical audiences, leading development activities, contributing to the delivery of Salesforce Services Core Model evolution, and supporting applications roll-out. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Salesforce functional and technical experts, as well as other IS&T departments such as ERP, Engineering, and Digital to ensure end-to-end consistency of the IS&T landscape for the Customer Services Domain. You will work with internal and external IS&T partners, liaising between partners and business stakeholders to contribute to project successes. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with being action-oriented and result-oriented, will be essential in delivering projects with high quality and on time. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command of English, hold an engineering degree preferably in information technology, and possess at least 4 years of experience working with Salesforce, including Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Additionally, you should have proficiency in Salesforce developer toolkit, Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies, knowledge of data management, ETL concepts, enterprise software development, and Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform Builder 1, and Platform Developer 2. Certification in Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant is an added advantage.
