Salesforce Senior Technical Architect

Location: Open (Remote/Hybrid options), Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect with 9+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ projects as an Architect on large, end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, hands-on experience in customization and integrations, and a strong architectural vision to lead complex Salesforce projects.
Mandatory Qualifications:Graduate Degree (Mandatory)Minimum 9+ years of relevant experience in SalesforceMinimum 2+ projects in the Architect role, leading large, multi-team implementationsKey Responsibilities:Architecture Design: Prepare and present architecture design to clients, lead design reviewsSolution Development: Build scalable solutions on Force.com using Apex, LWC, Aura, CommunitiesCompliance & Security: Ensure adherence to Salesforce and client-specific security requirementsIntegration: Lead complex integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs

Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Lightning Experience, Apex, LWC, and Salesforce CommunitiesStrong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience CloudFamiliar with Salesforce API integrations, data modeling, SOQL, and security configurationsExperience in CI/CD, release management, and version control toolsGood understanding of UI/UX, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex systemsProject Delivery:Deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple domainsManage customization, configuration, and data migrationImplement Salesforce out-of-the-box features and community setupsAlign with Agile methodologies and lead multi-disciplinary teamsPreferred Certifications:Salesforce Certified Platform Developer IISalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified System ArchitectClient-Facing Skills:Strong communication and client engagement skillsBuild trust and long-term relationships with stakeholdersRecommend best practices and enhancements to boost productivity.
