About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Salesforce Senior Technical Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise to design, implement, and optimize robust Salesforce solutions. You'll be instrumental in guiding our Salesforce strategy, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices, particularly regarding integration with cloud-native security principles.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce Architecture: Design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices.Security & Compliance Integration: Translate security requirements into technical Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks (like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS). This includes designing robust Identity & Access Management (IAM) within Salesforce and integrating with external security protocols.Data Protection: Architect solutions for Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Masking/Obfuscation, and encryption within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring sensitive information is protected.Integration Strategy: Define and oversee integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, particularly those residing on AWS, ensuring secure and efficient data flow.Performance & Scalability: Design scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions, considering future growth and complex data volumes.Technical Governance: Establish and enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines. Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to development teams.Incident Response & Automation: Contribute to the development of Salesforce-specific incident response plans and identify opportunities for automation within Salesforce operations and security processes.Innovation: Explore and recommend innovative Salesforce features and related technologies, including potential applications of AI within the Salesforce platform, to enhance business value and security posture.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and security teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and present architectural solutions effectively.Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, particularly with an understanding of AWS security practices (IAM, network security, data encryption).Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) as they relate to Salesforce data and operations.Proven experience with data migration, data governance, and data quality best practices in Salesforce.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.Ability to work independently in a remote team structure.
