Salesforce Senior Software Engineer

As a Salesforce Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of Enterprise Application Integration. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having 4-6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. - Demonstrating strong Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Insurance Policies domain knowledge. - Translating end-users demands into requirement/user stories effectively. - Translating business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members. - Having experience in Native & Customized reports and being capable of training end-users. - Preparing test cases along with the Product Owner and Tester. - Preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner. - Working closely with the Product Owner and supporting the PO as needed. - Possessing hands-on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage. Qualifications Required: - Agile, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud, Salesforce, Service Cloud skills. - Ability to analyse defects and provide appropriate solutions. - Good communication & analytical skills. - Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
