Salesforce Senior Manager, Technical Consulting

Your role as a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting at Salesforce Global Delivery Centre (GDC) involves managing, training, and developing the technical consulting team. You will utilize Industry Cloud functionality to deliver customer requirements efficiently with minimal customization. As a key player in this objective, you will work as a senior technical architect with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges using Salesforce Industries Cloud. Your responsibilities include: - Leading a team of up to 35 reports, balancing technical work as a senior technical architect with team leadership responsibilities - Hiring, training, and mentoring Technical Consultants to successfully implement solutions - Serving as a trusted advisor to clients in deploying emerging technologies for increased business value - Leading internal initiatives to grow the Industries consulting practice - Collaborating with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions - Managing Enterprise Architecture and Governance for customer engagement - Leading functional and technical workshops, designing, delivering, testing, and deploying solutions - Managing project teams focused on delivering optimized solutions for Industries clients - Ensuring high customer satisfaction and business outcomes - Managing customer expectations, negotiating solutions to complex problems, and establishing trust with customers Minimum Qualifications: - 18+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects - 8+ years of people management experience - Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills - Expertise in Industry Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture and Management, Architectural Design Patterns, Apex Design Patterns, Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, modern web and mobile technologies, and proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications: - Salesforce Certification Preferred - OmniStudio Developer/Consultant experience - Strong communication skills, analytical skills, conflict resolution skills, and interpersonal skills Your role will be crucial in driving successful customer outcomes and fostering growth & innovation within Salesforce Professional Services at GDC.,
