Responsibilities

• Should be able to analyze the artifacts for deployment based on Sprint releases, translating those artifacts into deployable bundles using the Salesforce toolsets and/or Salesforce native toolsets.
• Should have experience in Implementing complex Salesforce DevOps pipeline for Salesforce releases with native Salesforce Tool (preferably

  Flosum

  ).
• Should collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives.
• Coordinate Salesforce release activities and end-to-end deployment planning with cross-functional teams
• Should be able to manage weekly releases every month and additional hot fix or priority interim release.
• Should be able to communicate between different stakeholders to ensure key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes are followed.
• Manage release schedule and key release milestones across all Salesforce development projects, ensuring easy and timely deployments across environments.
• Support go-live activities and ensure change management processes are adhered.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing

  Flosum

  for managing Salesforce application releases and deployments.
• Automate release processes using Salesforce deployment tools.
• Implement complex Salesforce DevOps pipeline for Salesforce releases with native Salesforce Tool (preferably Flosum).
• Identifying and deploying Security measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines.
• Strong Ability to debug and resolve deployment related issues/defects.
• Author technical approach and design documentation of the release trains.
• Collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication in supporting the achievement of objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers for delivering complex implementations.
• Define and document requirements, manage progress on DevOps tool (Jira, Azure DevOps), and identify risks or gaps with proposed solutions for platform changes.
• Facilitate delivery of work through to production including QA and UAT
• Support integration setup and management

Technical Requirements

• Preferably 5+ years Salesforce Deployment experience
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD deployment and/or DevOps on Salesforce using Flosum tool.
• Added advantage in case of any of the tool Copado/GearSet, Change Set, ANT, Jenkins or other DevOps tools.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration such as managing users, profiles and permission sets, licenses, minor data updates etc.
• Experience in Content Management, Translations, and 3rd party AppExchange component deployments
• Expertise with Salesforce Sales cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud deployments
• Mastery of advanced Git (e.g. conflict resolution, cherry-picking, rebasing), one or more popular CI/CD tools
• Expertise with branching strategies, version control, pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing Flosum and related tools like Git.
• Good Knowledge on Salesforce Release/Deployment/Code Movement Process along with Salesforce best practice of deployments
• Experience in designing & building a solution for deployments using Salesforce & Salesforce Native tool sets. etc.
• Make recommendations for system automation and process improvements.
• In depth understanding of software configuration management and release management
• Strong understanding of version control (git), branching & merging strategies.
• Understanding of Salesforce, Salesforce architecture and concepts
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, Web Services and APIs.
• Experience in handling salesforce metadata/environment/sandbox management.
• Excellent knowledge in code deployment version conflict resolution
