Salesforce Quality Engineer (Automation)

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using Selenium WebDriver and relevant test frameworks.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing of custom Salesforce components, APIs, and user interfaces.

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test data in alignment with Agile/Scrum development cycles.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring QA is tightly integrated into the development process.

• Implement and manage test automation pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD integrations.

• Log, track, and verify software defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.

• Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent functionality and performance.

• Contribute to defining QA best practices and continuously improve testing effectiveness and coverage.

• Support UAT testing cycles and contribute to internal documentation and training materials.
