Key Responsibilities :- Execute manual test cases for Salesforce applications and validate user workflows.- Develop test scenarios based on functional specifications and business requirements.- Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA.- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure defect resolution.- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case reviews.- Ensure quality standards and best practices are consistently followed.
Required Skills :- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications.- Hands-on experience in writing test cases and managing test execution.- Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.- Good understanding of QA processes and software development life cycle (SDLC).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements :- Must be willing to work from the office (Hyderabad) five days a week.- Candidates with short notice or immediate availability are preferred.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, especially for QA Lead roles
