Salesforce QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design
  documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.


• Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test
  scripts for Salesforce applications.


• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and
  integrations with third-party systems.


• Perform regression, functional, UI, and UAT testing.


• Ensure data integrity during testing and support data migration
  validation.


• Track, document, and report bugs, and work with developers to
  resolve issues.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality
  standards are met.


• Participate in release planning and support production
  deployments.

Required Skills:

• 5 7 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 3+ years in
  Salesforce testing.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud,
  Service Cloud, etc.).


• Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Provar,
  or TestNG.


• Good knowledge of APIs, SOQL/SOSL, and data validation in
  Salesforce.


• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
