Salesforce Program Manager

As a Salesforce Program Manager at NTT DATA, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of digital technology projects for clients. Your responsibilities include maintaining overall project execution, leading project teams, and fostering client relationships. Here's what you can expect once you join the team: - Maintain overall responsibility for project execution based on customer standards and requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) to ensure project success. - Understand the interrelation between business and technical processes for project success. - Lead project team to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality work within the project budget. - Act as the first point of escalation for daily issues, maintaining daily client relationship and communication. - Provide project data and status reporting to appropriate stakeholders. - Manage onsite-offshore coordination for optimal service delivery. - Review and approve project plans, estimates, and technical documents. - Manage teams and promote team cohesiveness. Qualifications: Required: - 9 years of work experience in IT project implementation. - 5 years of leading Agile methodology projects. - 3+ years working on end-to-end Salesforce.com implementation projects with at least 3+ years managing and understanding general Salesforce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, and Marketing), Apex Programming, and Force.com Capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: - PMI PMP/ACP Certification preferred. - Salesforce.com Certifications preferred. - Comprehensive understanding of Project Delivery Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies.
