Salesforce Order Specialist

As a Sales Support Associate at one of the largest global technology leaders, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate renewal and new product quotations for a specific set of Named Accounts. Working closely with the North American Enterprise Subscription Renewal Representatives (ERR) Team, you will report to the India-based local manager. Your responsibilities will include creating and submitting quotes to customers well in advance, utilizing Salesforce.com reporting to identify renewals and pricing, documenting customer opportunities and activities, and categorizing opportunities based on forecast probability definitions. It is essential to maintain a strong knowledge of products, competition, industry trends, and promotions related to the business with clients and partners. Building strong relationships with Outside Sales and ERR Team members will also be a key aspect of your role.
