Salesforce Order Specialist

Position Overview: Reporting to the India-based local manager, this role closely collaborates with the North American (NAMER) Enterprise Subscription Renewal Representatives (ERR) Team. The primary responsibility involves handling a high volume of accurate renewal and new product quotations and order submissions for a specific set of Named Accounts. Minimum Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience in a Sales Support role - Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in MS Office, especially Excel - Strong organizational and task-oriented skills - High attention to detail and customer service orientation - Ability to maintain accuracy while working efficiently - Previous experience in a large corporate office environment - Professional and courteous attitude Preferred Qualifications: - Proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) - A 4-year degree Responsibilities: - Generate and submit precise quotes to customers 60-90 days before they are due - Utilize Salesforce.com reporting to identify all NAMER renewals, products, and pricing - Document all customer opportunities and activity in Salesforce.com - Categorize opportunities accurately using Salesforce.com and the embedded forecast probability definitions - Stay informed about products, competition, industry trends, promotions, and other business-related aspects concerning clients and/or its Partners - Establish strong relationships and partnerships with Outside Sales and the ERR Team,
