Job Description

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining Marketing Cloud Connect to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing API integrations, optimizing SOQL queries, creating personalized content with AMPscript, designing audience segmentation strategies, and developing HTML email templates. Additionally, you will leverage DATAROMA for tracking marketing performance, design automation workflows, create customer journeys using Journey Builder, administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and collaborate with teams to integrate Customer Data Platform functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect for seamless integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. - Develop and manage API integrations to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems. - Write and optimize SOQL queries to extract and manipulate data within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. - Create and optimize AMPscript code for personalized and dynamic content in email templates. - Design and implement audience segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns. - Develop and design HTML email templates for various marketing campaigns. - Leverage DATAROMA for tracking and analyzing marketing performance data. - Design and implement marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio. - Create customer journeys using Journey Builder to engage customers at different touchpoints. - Administer and configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, managing user access, roles, and permissions. - Collaborate with relevant teams to integrate and utilize Customer Data Platform functionalities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience of 2+ Years as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist. - Strong knowledge of MC Connect, API integration, SOQL, AMPscript, segmentation, HTML, DATAROMA, automation, Journey Builder, SFMC administration, and Customer Data Platform. - Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. If applicable, you will apply your knowledge of Sales Cloud and Commerce Cloud to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification, experience with other Salesforce products and services, and an in-depth understanding of marketing best practices and industry trends.
