Job Description

You will be part of a dynamic team at NTT DATA in Delhi, India, as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer. Your role will involve translating business requirements into effective solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices. It is essential to keep abreast of current business challenges, trends, regulatory standards, and competitive dynamics to deliver optimal solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring Marketing Cloud, utilizing SQL and AMPscript for data transformations and personalized content, and actively participating in client presentations, design reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with at least 3 years of experience, and possession of Salesforce Administrator Certification are crucial for this role. Additionally, you must hold one of the following certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Admin, or Marketing Cloud Email Specialist. Experience in Marketing Cloud Automations Studio, SQL, AMPscript, custom preference centers, and cloud pages is required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Marketing Cloud Social Studio, Audience Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Interaction Studio, and Datorama. Knowledge of other marketing automation solutions like Adobe Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics will be advantageous. Previous exposure to sectors such as Life Sciences, Financial industry, or regulated industries will be beneficial. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a problem-solving mindset, be analytical in dissecting complex processes, and demonstrate self-driven motivation to efficiently deliver results within a matrix organization.
