As a Marketing Cloud Specialist at SIXT, you will be responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high-quality technical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building custom reports, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and comprehensive customer journeys. - Front-end development building Cloud Pages utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPScript. - Mastering SQL and having a robust understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model. Working with customers and platform data (SQL, system data views, Send Log). - Working with Mobile Studio, Datorama, Contact Builder, journey, and email studio. - Configuring data import via FTP imports. - Using Marketing Cloud Connector and integrating with Salesforce. Knowledge of DMP and data integration is key. - Building SFMC solutions with availability, redundancy, throughput, speed, and security. - Building cross-channel Communication for Customers with Email, SMS, Push. - Iteratively improving the Marketing Cloud data model and architecture. - Implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS). - Having experience with handlebar and strong HTML skills. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 4 years of experience working with the Marketing Cloud platform. - Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or equivalent degree in the field of Computer Science, Information science, or a similar related field.
