Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

**Skills Required**:

- Advanced experience with AMPscript.

- Hands-on experience with building automations and traveler journeys.

- Proficiency in AMPscript, Java, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basics).

- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer certifications.

- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ownership.

- Experience working on Agile projects.

- Advanced ability to read and write SQL for database development.

- 7+ years of experience working with CRM data.

- Experience building large-scale email campaigns in SFMC.

- Advanced experience with AMPscript.

- In-depth experience creating complex, dynamic email solutions and coding emails from scratch.

- Proficiency in audience selection and segmentation, template design, dynamic content, customer journeys, metrics, and tracking.

- Basic understanding of data concepts such as relational data, data types, variables, data transformation, and ETLs.

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage constantly changing requirements, data sources, and intersecting projects.

- Proficiency with productivity software such as Excel, Confluence, and Jira.

- Proficiency with SQL is required.

- Technical experience in cloud and big data technologies.

- Self-starter who enjoys tackling challenging problems and operationalizing solutions.

- Proven success in building strong partnerships and relationships with clients/stakeholders across various roles and levels within the organization.
