Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator & Developer Location: Pune Experience: 4+ years (Mid-Level) Domain: Telecom (Mandatory) Job Summary We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator & Developer to manage, configure, and develop solutions that support marketing and customer engagement initiatives. This role involves both platform administration and technical development to deliver personalized campaigns and seamless integrations. Note: Prior experience in the telecommunications domain is mandatory. Key Responsibilities Administration Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. Maintain and optimize data extensions, lists, and attribute groups. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability. Handle data imports, exports, and integrations with other systems. Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Train and support marketing teams on platform usage. Development Design and execute email campaigns using Email Studio. Build personalized journeys using Journey Builder. Develop AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS to automate and personalize content. Manage workflows in Automation Studio. Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party systems via APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve campaign performance. Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. Telecom industry experience is required, with a solid understanding of telecom processes such as customer onboarding, order management, billing, or provisioning. Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact & Audience Builder, and Content Builder. Strong skills in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS. Experience with API integrations and Marketing Cloud Connect. Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards. Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification, Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred). Nice-to-Have Experience with Salesforce CRM. Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Einstein or AI marketing tools. Background in digital marketing or marketing automation. Experience in eCommerce, retail, or telecom industries.
