Salesforce Marketing Cloud CDP Architect

The Senior Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Interaction Studio, Datorama, and Data Cloud. You will collaborate with clients and the PWC Salesforce team to define architecture and design for SF Marketing Cloud Implementation at an enterprise level. As an expert in technical and functional aspects, you will participate in client discussions and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential. Your duties and responsibilities will include serving as a Subject Matter Expert for MC, CDP, Datorama, and Interaction Studio/MC Personalization, understanding and implementing key integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem, driving requirements and design for data-driven marketing and customer view, creating architecture and solution blueprints, and working with data integration technologies to support customer experience strategies. Qualifications for this role include 10+ years of experience in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics, relevant Salesforce MC experience, understanding of web technologies, experience with marketing campaign design and implementation, relevant Salesforce certifications, strong communication skills, ability to conceptualize and design wireframes and workflows, and experience with complex data modeling. Preferred skills include experience with other Salesforce products, knowledge of data privacy regulations, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience with third-party marketing automation tools, and knowledge of APIs and web services for system integration.
