Salesforce Lightning Developer

Required Skills & Experience :

• Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning framework (Aura/LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce

  Platform Developer I

  certification (Developer II is a strong plus).
• Salesforce

  Administrator

  or

  App Builder

  certification.
• Experience with

  Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and Aura Components.
• Knowledge of

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

  , or industry-specific solutions such as

  Financial Services Cloud

  .
• Good to have familiarity with

  CI/CD and DevOps tools

  like (Azure DevOps., Copado, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Good to have experience with

  middleware and integration platforms

  (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Good to have strong understanding of

  enterprise architecture principles

  and system design.
• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of

  data governance, compliance, and security best practices
