Salesforce Lightning Developer

• Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using

  Salesforce Lightning

  to support retail and investment management business workflows.
• Implement regional and global business requirements, ensuring scalability, security, and high user adoption.
• Build and customize Salesforce components using

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

  .
• Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and third-party systems using

  REST APIs and web services

  .
• Develop and optimize

  reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and automation

  to support business insights.
• Participate in solution design discussions and take ownership of feature development end-to-end.
• Apply rapid prototyping techniques to propose and validate solutions for complex business challenges.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
• Ensure code quality through

  Apex test classes

  , best coding standards, and deployment readiness.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and follow

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Salesforce Lightning

  (preferably within the

  Financial Services / Banking domain

  ).
• Proficiency in

  Apex, HTML, JavaScript, CSS

  , and Lightning frameworks (Aura/LWC).
• Experience with

  Salesforce integrations

  , including RESTful APIs and third-party vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce configuration and customization

  : reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Working knowledge of

  SQL and SOQL

  for data analysis and query optimization.
• Experience with

  DevOps tools and practices

  , including Version Control, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and deployment automation.
• Solid understanding of the
