Salesforce Lead/PM

Role - Salesforce Lead/ Project Manager Location - Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience - 9+ years Job Summary: We are seeking highly skilled Salesforce Lead with strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud , Community Cloud. The ideal candidates will lead technical design, development, integration, and enhancements for customer service initiatives, working closely with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Force.com applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to define project scope, technical requirements, and delivery milestones. Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices. Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources using Agile or hybrid methodologies. Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce development teams. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, and integration standards. Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development and project management. Must have served as a Technical Lead on Salesforce projects. Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Salesforce APIs . Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT) and CI/CD pipelines . Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and external systems. Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams and deliver complex Salesforce implementations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
