Salesforce Lead Developer

As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will have a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing the Salesforce environment of the organization. Your main responsibility will be to lead development efforts, ensuring that the Salesforce platform meets business needs, supports growth, and enhances operational efficiency. Working closely with another senior developer, you will maintain the system and implement new features to drive continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities will include leading Salesforce development projects, ensuring timely delivery meeting business expectations, collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to optimize the platform, enhancing system performance using CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Copado, managing integrations with external systems, and gathering business requirements to create scalable solutions. You will utilize your advanced Salesforce development skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and SOQL to achieve development excellence. Managing complex system integrations through Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs will be part of your role, ensuring efficient data flow. Identifying system inefficiencies and implementing optimization techniques using advanced Apex functionality will be crucial, along with ensuring data protection and encryption through Salesforce Shield and other security tools. Collaboration with stakeholders, Salesforce Administrator, and technical teams to prioritize enhancements and streamline operations will be essential. Leading customizations for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on workflow automation and optimizing customer interaction channels, will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must hold certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II, demonstrating a strong understanding of advanced Salesforce architecture.
