Job Title: Salesforce Junior Architect - Communications Cloud (Telecom Domain)
Experience Required: 8-12 Years Total | 5+ Years as Salesforce Architect Location: Bengaluru / Hybrid] Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Role Overview: We are seeking a technically skilled and motivated Salesforce Junior Architect with hands-on experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud, ideally within the Telecommunications domain. This role suits professionals who have evolved from senior developer or consultant roles and are ready to take on architectural responsibilities in a dynamic, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Communications Cloud for telecom clients. Support senior architects in translating telecom business requirements into technical designs and solution architectures. Participate in the development of telecom-specific customer journeys, product catalogs, and lifecycle engagement strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to ensure seamless integration and data flow across platforms. Contribute to the development and optimization of Industry Data Models, Enterprise Product Catalogs (EPC), and CPQ configurations. Help manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (e.g., CRM, billing platforms, customer data platforms). Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and telecom data privacy regulations. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features, especially those relevant to Communications Cloud, OmniStudio, and Order Management. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8-12 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud, including Industry Data Model, EPC, CPQ, and Order Management. Strong understanding of telecom business processes, customer lifecycle, and digital engagement strategies. Experience with OmniStudio components such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Solid grasp of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer, or OmniStudio Consultant are a plus. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) components and telecom-specific use cases. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration procedures, and external system orchestration. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in telecom-specific use cases such as onboarding, retention, churn prevention, and upsell/cross-sell.
