Salesforce Instructional Designer

You will be part of a dynamic team as a highly skilled Instructional Designer, focusing on analysis, content development, and the design of process-oriented end-user training. This role is specialized for users of a customized version of Salesforce. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) is essential to gather and analyze requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive training storyboards, developing training programs, manuals, facilitator guides, and other training aids. These materials will be utilized across various mediums such as online, self-study, web-based, and classroom settings to support both internal staff and external clients. While our offices are located in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Nagpur, and Pune, this position allows for a hybrid work setup, enabling you to report to the nearest location based on your current location if required.,
