You are a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer who has played a key role in large-scale Salesforce implementations. You possess hands-on expertise in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions that extend beyond out-of-the-box features. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices is a plus. - Leading the technical architecture and design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions - Translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Making architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability - Building custom applications and components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL - Extending Salesforce functionality beyond standard capabilities through innovative custom code and tools - Designing and implementing integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) - Acting as a technical lead across large-scale Salesforce implementation projects and collaborating with various stakeholders - Producing comprehensive technical documentation, promoting best practices in coding, and mentoring junior developers Required qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience - Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) Certification - Proven ability to lead technical discussions and work independently on complex problems Your technical skills should include proficiency in: - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC) - Salesforce Health Cloud - Salesforce Security Model - Custom report and dashboard development - JavaScript frameworks like jQuery and AngularJS - Designing and implementing API-based integrations - Full application life cycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices Soft skills and other requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams - Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills,
