As a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements across multiple Salesforce platforms. With over 6 - 9 years of experience in information technology and services, you will lead technical teams in the development and integration of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards. Your role will involve utilizing Apex programming, Visualforce Pages, Aura, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build custom solutions. You will play a key role in overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Working closely with clients, you will collaborate to understand their needs and provide tailored Salesforce solutions. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members to foster continuous learning and growth. To excel in this position, you should hold a degree in B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA and possess relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Associate, Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect. Your proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations in various industries, including auto, media, education, telecom, banking, and marketing, will be crucial. Your strong expertise in Salesforce platforms, Apex programming, Visualforce Pages, HTML, Aura, LWC, REST, and SOAP Integration will be essential in developing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. By demonstrating technical leadership and collaborating effectively with clients, you will contribute to the success of Salesforce projects and ensure alignment with business objectives.,
