Hiring for MNC #Fulltime #Permanent Location: Remote Experience: 5-9 Years Shift- US Shift (Flexible) Designation: Salesforce Developer+Support Engineer Mandate Skills : Salesforce, Sales cloud, Service cloud, CPQ Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Development (50%) Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages. Develop and maintain Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and integrations with external systems. Build and optimize custom workflows, validation rules, and automation processes (Flow, Process Builder). Participate in Salesforce deployments, release management, and version control using CI/CD tools. Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Work on data migrations, ETL processes, and batch jobs within Salesforce. Salesforce Support (50%) Provide L2/L3 support for Salesforce issues, resolving user queries, bugs, and performance issues. Troubleshoot and fix Apex errors, integration failures, and automation issues. Monitor Salesforce system health, performance, and security. Manage profiles, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and other access control settings. Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, and integrity maintenance. Work with cross-functional teams to analyze root causes and implement preventive measures. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Required Skills & Experience: 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Development & Support. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL. Experience with Salesforce Admin tasks (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Security Settings). Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica). Strong problem-solving skills in debugging Apex errors, workflow issues, and system performance tuning. Experience with Salesforce release management and CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket). Knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, and data migration strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
