We are seeking a senior Salesforce developer to provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise in Apex, Omni Studio, and Salesforce Shield.
This role is critical for guiding our team's development efforts and collaborating with US team till 12:00EST.
Lead the design and development of complex solutions using Apex, OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptor, IP), and Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring).
Act as the technical authority: review code, enforce best practices, and troubleshoot advanced issues.
Mentor and provide daily guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
5+ years of proven Salesforce development experience.
Expert-level, hands-on proficiency in Apex.
Deep practical experience with the OmniStudio toolset. Proven experience implementing and managing Salesforce Shield.
Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership or mentorship role. Excellent communication skills
