Salesforce Developer

Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs, schedulers, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Object Model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and schema design.
• Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, and Dynamic Apex for data manipulation and querying.
• Proven experience with Salesforce APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming.
• Version control expertise using Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub, with experience in branching strategies.
• Practical exposure to CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps for automated deployments.
• Experience in Unit Testing and achieving high code coverage with robust test classes.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or Jitterbit.
• Understanding of Salesforce security model: profiles, roles, permission sets, field-level security, and sharing rules.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Agile software development practices.
• Experience working with Dev Hub, Environment Hub, and managing multi-org deployments.
• Exposure to one of the Salesforce Cloud env like Sales, Marketing etc is a MUST.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks used within LWC.

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
