Job Description

As a Salesforce Developer - Service and Experience Cloud at NTT DATA, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of digital services on the SFDC platform. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring that the technology solutions provided to clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. **Role Overview:** You will have the opportunity to develop custom solutions using various Salesforce functionalities such as APEX, SOQL, Visual Force, SOSL, Service Cloud, Lightning Components, and integrations to third-party solutions. Your role will involve translating user stories into functional software within the Salesforce environment and participating in daily meetings and bug reviews to ensure project success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop custom solutions using Salesforce functionalities - Translate user stories into actionable software - Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings - Ensure functionality is delivered per the Statement of Work - Implement enhancements, custom objects, and extensions - Address UI/UX requirements effectively in the B2B space **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5+ years" experience in SFDC Development - Minimum 3+ years in IT consulting - Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification Required - Experience with B2B Lightning products and Cloud Craze Solutions - Knowledge of E2E Order Management lifecycle - Experience with RESTful Service Architecture and API development - Experience with data migration using Data Loader - Understanding of CloudCraze architecture - Technical skills related to Apex and Visual Force pages If you are a problem solver, analytical, and have a strong work ethic, you have the ideal mindset to excel in this role.
