Overview:

Sales Cloud

Key Responsibilities (End-to-End Process Involvement):

• Participate in

  requirement gathering

  and technical solutioning for Sales and Service Cloud features.
• Configure and customize

  Sales Cloud

  for lead, opportunity, and account management workflows.
• Implement

  Service Cloud

  features including case management, SLAs, entitlements, and service console.
• Design and develop

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  and

  Aura Components

  for both internal users and external portals.
• Customize

  Salesforce Experience Cloud

  to enable self-service for tenants, contractors, and billing contacts.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems like

  Yardi, LivAldar, and Fusion

  using

  MuleSoft APIs

  or REST services.
• Design and maintain

  custom data models

  and ensure synchronization with external systems.
• Build

  automated workflows

  , approval processes, and case routing for service operations like Tawtheeq, NOCs, etc.
• Implement

  role hierarchies

  , profiles, and permission sets for controlled access and security governance.
• Support

  testing cycles

  including unit testing, SIT, and UAT with proper documentation.
• Participate in deployment processes using

  Change Sets

  ,

  SFDX

  , or

  ANT tools

  .
• Provide

  go-live support

  , including performance tuning, user enablement, and issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills (Primary Skills):

• Proven experience with

  Salesforce Sales Cloud

  and

  Service Cloud

• Hands-on expertise in

  LWC

  ,

  Apex

  , and

  Aura Components

  .
• Proficient in

  Salesforce Experience Cloud

  customization.
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce security model

  , automation tools, and record-level access.
• Integration experience using

  REST/SOAP APIs

  , preferably via

  MuleSoft

• Solid grasp of

  Salesforce data models

  , custom metadata, and declarative configurations.
• Familiarity with

  deployment tools

  SFDX, ANT, or Change Sets.

Good to Have:

• Experience in

  retail or real estate

  service operations.
• Knowledge of

  Yardi

  data structures or similar platforms.
• Exposure to

  Salesforce Shield

  , event monitoring, or compliance features.
