Job Description

• Application Project Management (Waterfall / Hybrid / Agile/SDLC) and Operations • Monitor and Manage Life Cycle of our Customer Facing / Internal IT Applications • Project Status reporting and Key metrics controls like Schedule and budget • Ensuring that all the IT control and Governance is adhered • Participate in gap and/or root cause assessments against performance, compliance and maturity findings to identify improvement opportunities • Implementing and developing solutions enabling Development and Operations teams to build, deploy, monitor and test applications and environments • Implementing monitoring and reporting solutions across a range of Cloud environments and SaaS platforms • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementation and enhancements • Collate the business pain points, convert to needs and opportunities to process improvements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories to the technical team • Work with Salesforce architects and developers to design solutions for business needs • Assist in the Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, dashboards • Ensure upkeep of applications infrastructure and timely intervention during issues • Vendor Management Co-ordinating with vendor and ensure timely delivery as per SLA / Project Schedule. • This will be an Individual contributor role reporting to Applications Lead, with no more than 2 to 3 reportees • Plan yearly application budgeting, monitoring and control.
