Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
• Professional Experience: Minimum 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. • Technical Proficiency: o Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. o Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. o Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. o Experience with Omnistudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors) is a strong plus. o Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (preferred). o Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
• Masters degree in a technical field • Great analytical skills and ability to use them in multiple user and IT environments globally • Knowledge of Java (nice to have) • Proactive team player with well-developed interpersonal skills • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple tasks • Ability to deal with high stress situations calmly
