Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation:

  Lead the deployment and configuration of Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other marketing platforms.

• Data Management & Integration:

  Oversee the collection, cleansing, and management of customer data from multiple sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility within Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Customer Segmentation & Personalization:

  Develop advanced segmentation strategies to enable personalized marketing campaigns and customer journeys using Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Build dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

• Data Governance & Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with data governance policies and privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA across all marketing platforms.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align data strategies with business goals and support marketing automation initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Stay updated with Salesforce product releases, industry trends, and best practices to enhance platform usage and performance.

• Training & Support:

  Provide training and ongoing support to marketing and sales teams to help them effectively leverage Salesforce Data Cloud.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Minimum 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, MCP, or other leading marketing automation platforms.

• Salesforce Data Cloud Expertise:

  Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform).

• Technical Skills:

  Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and integration techniques. Experience with APIs and ETL processes is a plus.

• Analytical Mindset:

  Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
