Role: Salesforce Developer

Location: Pune, MH (Onsite 5 days weeK)

Duration: FTE with our client (Candidates locals to Pune are preferred)

Availability: Immediate to 4 weeks notice

Interview: First round zoom call and then if that goes well its face to face in Pune.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and developing features for sales enablement and workflow processing using the Salesforce platform. This will involve a mixture of configurative, declarative, and programmatic customization of the Salesforce platform. You will be working within the Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds and CPQ instances. As part of the Enterprise Systems team, youll work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, resolve user issues, and drive improvements that empower teams and enhance customer interactions. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, automation-savvy problem solver who is passionate about process optimization and data integrity in a cybersecurity context. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary developer for client Salesforce environment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices
• Develop new and maintain existing custom applications and solutions, including services that use Apex and Lightning Web Components, Apex REST services, and a combination of declarative and programmatic development tools. 
• Maintain and further implement Salesforce CPQ for products, including multi-dimensional price and configurable products, 
• Work on CPQ and Revenue Cloud integrations,
• Create and maintain Flows, Einstein bots, Agentforce Agents, Page Layouts and Custom Applications, Record Types, and other declarative-based tools
• Ensure Salesforce integrations (e.g., bespoke integrations , DocuSign, JIRA, Snowflake) are maintained and optimized

As a Salesforce professional, you may also be asked to participate in the following areas: 

• Manage user setup, permissions, roles, and data access
• Maintain data quality through validation rules, deduplication, audits, and automation
• Monitor platform performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement security best practices in line with client cybersecurity standards
• Participate in the evaluation, testing, and rollout of Salesforce updates and new features

Qualifications:

• 6-7+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer with demonstrated increase in responsibility and a broad scope of knowledge and ability, preferably in a SaaS, cyber (or property & casualty) insurance, or cybersecurity company

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification and Platform App Builder required. Platform Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Developer II Certification highly desired. CPQ Certification desired.

• Proficiency with Apex, including experience with enterprise design patterns, SOLID development principles. 
• Knowledge of standard API and Apex REST service implementation and when to use each approach. 
• Proficiency with designing Lightning Web Components within the Lightning Design System, and experience with creating compelling user experiences. 
• Proficiency in modern Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Lightning Knowledge, Approvals, Validation Rules, etc.)
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. (CPQ, Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud knowledge a plus)
• Progress towards agentic AI qualification, such as Agentforce Specialist or Agentblazer status is preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, sandboxes, Gearset, Github, and DevOps Center integration) and JIRA/Confluence or similar support ticketing and documentation platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient and scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of data management principles, including PII-related compliance is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities
