Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience in implementing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on scalable and maintainable architecture.
Proficient in SFDX-based development workflows, including version control using Git/GitLab, and efficient deployment strategies.
Solid experience in API integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, with practical knowledge of Postman and Workbench for testing and debugging.
Strong development background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
In-depth understanding of application and data security, case management, and platform best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience working in enterprise-scale engineering environments, utilizing industry-standard tools such as Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
Certified in Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, and Service Cloud Consultant.
Hands-on experience with Classic to Lightning Web Components (LWC) migration, optimizing performance and user experience.
Familiar with advanced architectural frameworks such as Fflib and Libik (nice to have).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact solutions in agile environments.
