Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 7 to 11 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in salesforce viz, configurations, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Service Cloud, experience Cloud, and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and maintainable solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and declarative features.
  • Implement and customize

    Service Cloud features

    such as Omni-Channel, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Entitlements, and CTI integrations.
  • Implement secure, scalable solutions for customer and partner

    Experience Cloud portals

    , including login/authentication (SSO, Identity, etc.).
  • Write efficient SOQL/SOSL queries and manage governor limits.
  • Build and consume

    REST and SOAP APIs

    for integrations with external systems.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments using tools like

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and solution designs.

Apex Programming

Advanced knowledge of Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, future methods, queueable, schedulable, exception handling.

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Strong experience developing modern, responsive UI components using LWC and Lightning Aura (optional).

SOQL/SOSL

Proficient in writing optimized SOQL/SOSL queries with governor limit considerations.

Salesforce Configuration

Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Page Layouts, Record Types, Permission Sets.

Experience Cloud

Community builder, custom themes, audience targeting, guest user security, SSO, and CMS integration.

Service Cloud

Experience with Case Management, Omni-Channel Routing, Macros, Quick Text, Entitlements, CTI Integration.

API Integrations

Experience in building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Auth Providers, External Services.

Deployment Tools

Copado, Gearset, ANT, SFDX CLI, Change Sets.

Testing & Debugging

Writing test classes (>75% code coverage), debugging tools, logs analysis.

Agile Methodology

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices, tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Consultant
  • Salesforce JavaScript Developer I (for LWC)

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing requirements and priorities
