As a Software Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing applications on the Service Cloud platform. You should have at least 5+ years of experience in this field and a solid understanding of Agile Development principles. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential for collaborating effectively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop applications on the Service Cloud platform - Utilize Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs - Deploy applications using Flosum - Manage Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal - Demonstrate advanced-level proficiency in Lightning web components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, Configuring Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce Service Cloud - Utilize web technologies such as HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs - Apply troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues - Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, and Permission Sets - Obtain Salesforce Developer I Certification (recommended) Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent education and work experience - Experience in developing applications on Service Cloud for at least 5 years - Familiarity with Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, Salesforce APIs - Knowledge of Salesforce functionalities like Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portal - Proficiency in web technologies including HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs - Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail In case of any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please provide that information so that it can be included in the final output.
