Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement technical designs aligned with business strategy
• Ensure the integrity and evolution of the Salesforce Service Solutions Technical Core Model
• Present solution documentation to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead development activities and support the development team
• Contribute to core model enhancements that support business objectives
• Support application rollouts while ensuring adherence to the core model

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, preferably in Information Technology
• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosyste
• Knowledge of IT solutions for Customer Services
• Familiarity with data management and ETL concepts
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications:

• Administrator

• Platform App Builder I

• Service Cloud Consultant

• Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, and integration technologies, including:
• Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK
• SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA
• Apex, Test Classes, Triggers, Visualforce
• JavaScript, SOQL/SOSL
• Hands-on experience with Release Migration Tools
• Experience using

  GIT

  and

  JIRA

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
