Customize Salesforce applications according to business requirements and integrate with third-party systems. Develop automation solutions using tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules Salesforce Platform Maintenance: Manage and troubleshoot existing Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches as required. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications or databases via REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, or other integration tools.
