Demonstrating Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise in the Salesforce Platform Provide Tier 2 and Tier 2 support for complex issues and escalations related to the Salesforce platform covering both Sales and Service cloud Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including but not limited to configuration, customization, integration, and data integrity Develop and maintain advanced Salesforce functionalities, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements Ability to adapt to a high-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities while multitasking and performing effectively under pressure. Perform proactive monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of the environment Create and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices Understanding Product and Business use cases and adaptability Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Builds a trusting relationship with business stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution with exceptional communication skills Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow Supply expertise in advanced Apex programming concepts including common design patterns, governor limit management techniques, bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, and asynchronous operations Engage in code and technical design reviews of solution implementations to ensure code quality and best practices are maintenance Job Skills and Qualifications CPQ Experience is required. Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience) Minimum work experience: 3 years of software development and 4 years of Salesforce application development 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with evidence of exceptional ability Experience configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, APIs, Marketo and integration to enterprise systems. Extensive experience developing Apex classes, Apex triggers, VisualForce pages and controllers,JavaScript, JQuery, web services leveraging the Salesforce API in REST, SOAP and Data Management (SQL, XML, JSON) knowledge. Experience with a complete software development life cycle Experience developing with Lightning, OR an SPA framework such as React, Angular, or Knockout. Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps is preferred
