Job Description

The Salesforce Developer Analyst position requires 3-5 years of experience, and immediate joiners are preferred. The ideal candidate should hold certifications in Salesforce Admin and/or Salesforce Developer (PD1), with additional certifications considered an advantage. This role is based in Chennai. In terms of work experience, the candidate should possess the following technical skills: - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, Apex programming, Service cloud, and Salesforce architecture. - Understanding of Salesforce native database concepts, objects, and relationships. - Familiarity with business process automation tools like workflow, process builder, and lightning flows. - Knowledge of Salesforce user management, access management, and licensing concepts. - Experience in synchronous and asynchronous operations in Apex programming. - Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices. - Experience in development and debugging using Salesforce debug tools. - Ability to troubleshoot complex customer issues and utilize advanced debugging techniques. - Proficiency in SOQL queries. This role requires a candidate with a strong technical background in Salesforce development and analysis, who can effectively utilize various Salesforce tools and concepts to deliver high-quality solutions.,
