Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development:

  Design, develop, and implement applications and modules, including custom reports, interfaces, and enhancements. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development using cloud technology and develop innovative solutions using

  generative AI technologies

  .

• Project Management:

  Take ownership of complex Salesforce projects from conception to deployment, managing software delivery scope, risk, and timelines.

• Code Quality & Documentation:

  Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. You will also create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, deployment, and operations.

• Problem Solving & Collaboration:

  Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively. You will work closely with product, business, and other cross-functional teams, including design and QA, to deliver high-quality software on time.

• System Integration & Support:

  Customize modules to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow. You will also provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce

  and related technologies (e.g.,

  MuleSoft

  ).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Apex

  or

  Python

  .
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including

  Agile

  and

  Scrum

  .
• Experience with version control systems like

  Git

  .
• Experience with

  JIRA

  is a plus.
• Experience with data processing tools like

  Hadoop, Spark

  , or similar is a plus.
• Experience with

  SAP integration technologies

  is a plus.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree with relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Salesforce Developer

  certification is mandatory.

• SAFe Agile

  relevant certifications are preferred.
