You have an exciting opportunity to join PWC AC as a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant. You should have 4-12 years of experience and be ready to join within immediate to 90 days. The job locations available are Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, with a hybrid work mode. Educational qualifications required include BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech. As a Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, your role will involve working with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying data points required to enable use cases - Analyzing data for usability in CDP - Identifying data cleansing requirements - Mapping data sources to CDP data objects - Mapping data fields to CDP data fields - Identifying the need for custom CDP objects To excel in this role, you should have 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space. Additionally, you need to have a minimum of 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms and experience in creating unified customer profiles by resolving identity data from multiple sources. Experience in designing processes for data deduplication, enrichment, and governance to ensure data quality is also required. You should have at least 5 years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure. A positive attitude towards taking on technical challenges is highly valued. Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, along with related certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc., is considered a plus.
