Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for working with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients in order to support new customer experience strategies. You will identify the data points required to enable use cases and analyze data for usability in Customer Data Platforms (CDP). This will involve identifying data cleansing requirements, mapping data sources to CDP data objects, and mapping data fields to CDP data fields. Detailed knowledge of the CDP data model will be essential for this task. You will also be required to identify the need for custom CDP objects, determine the relationships between CDP data objects, and identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object. Additionally, you will need to determine the specific unification algorithms required for the data of a given client, design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms, and execute complex system tests. In addition to the must-have skills of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, the ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space. A minimum of 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms, along with a minimum of 2-year hands-on SQL experience is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred. Experience with Lightning web components, data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure is also desired. An attitude for taking on technical challenges and relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, along with related certifications, will be considered a plus.,
